Wow, seems like a pretty sweet program.  The new version seems very cool too.  Hope it comes out soon.

Smashbox would probably be the best Texturer' ever. This is good for all that stuff you cant normally edit, but BrawlScape is good for viewing and seeing what you just made.  I use This and BrawlScape.

There is one drawback with SmashBox though.  It doesn't always treat the CMPR (tex#00_14) format textures very well.  ASH does counter that problem somewhat, but not all textures are ASHable.

This is why I still use Ash, Along with Smashbox and BrawlScape.

Yup SmashBox messes up the quality of some edits when youi want to replace it D:
ASH is still great. I use SmashBox only for faster "sucking" the data out ;O *slurp*

I think it only messes up CMPR textures. Usually that's not TOO much of a problem, but I'm not ever gonna edit Zelda with it...

I think it only messes up CMPR textures. Usually that's not TOO much of a problem, but I'm not ever gonna edit Zelda with it...

Well I pretty much have no choice but to use SmashBox for the enemy textures; sucks since a decent number of enemy textures have CMPR format texture parts.  If I use ASH, the enemy textures will get corrupted, all due to the fact that they contain effect PAC files inside.

Well you could do what I did to make Mario's blue Final smash, Extract the .pac file in the .pac file, Run It through Ash, Then reinsert the newly made .pac file with a hex editor.

I dunno what you meant by that, but this is real. Someone took Tabuu's animations and put them in Snake. I've also downloaded a FitMarioMotionEtc.pac that makes him shoot 8-Bit tanks instead of fireballs.

Resizing texture images often does that.
