I think he is saying that we should halt progress because he and his friend thought of a moveset for Luke a long time ago. However, they don't have the model until now.
Also, don't work on Ruca. You'll just waste your time. Tempesttime and SqLeon have been fixing the model to work in Brawl. Once it's fixed, I'll send the model to whoever wants it (You have to do animations and psa yourselves though)
You may work on Ruca's model from Tales of Innocence if you want.
@ramonM64: If it's OK, I'll use the rigged Luke model once it's complete for my own PSA ideas. I'll put you under the collab once I start PSA.
thats the confusin part for me, i think he wants to use this model im makin after re-readin. i mean, why else collab me. i think he wants us to just stop the moveset? we'll have to wait for his reply of course.

and yeah i got a little confused about it too
yawp i think its a bad idea sayin times i HOPE to have it done. last night i ran into a problem with the waist. i rigged it to a bone that translates it and doesnt actualy move the vertices up or down, despite it being near the waist. so i had to rerig the waist area. its looks good now though. in some extreme poses though it looks a lil weird, i still want to fix it up. this way after da bone weights are perfect for long hair luke, ill have to just cut in the short hair over the long hair and rig just the short hair instead of the waist over and over again.
as for recolors, i wanted to make a version with slightly higher detailed colors and effects instead of the pitched default colors it has now. you can go ahead and recolor this texture or wait for the texture buff later. ill work on the textures after its released though, so you guys can try him out and probaly report any bugs.
