tbh stages with a lot of bacground detail should obviously have 2D planes, for optimization purposes... and that makes it easilly customaizable  (inb4nudegurlsinsteadofislands) |

That's because the one in the vault was hastily released with little effort to get all the needed details for it. It was a lazy upload as I told DSX earlier.

That was fast... Which is fitting for the stage. well thats cause this stage was simple... and easy to make.. xD took me only 2 nights.. of work on it.. xP anyways, windy hill zone be released! |

Is anyone else having trouble getting this to work in PM? It may not be meant for it because I can't get it working (and yes I did replace the rel). For me, it's just a laggy black screen with a small grey walrus on it...
Also one of the stage files is empty as in it has no data inside for the stage at all.
P.S. If this needs to be put in a report instead of here it's no problem I just wanted to make sure it wasn't PM related.
P.P.S. The stage looks amazing from the video nonetheless.
