I'll try my hand at it, I was actually talking about Rister with a friend yesterday so it's kinda ironic and funny. Dunno when I'd actually get to the texture, as I'm working on other stuff as well, but I'd like to at least offer.
That'd be pretty sweet. I'll take you up on that. I'm done with the rig, now. I was thinking though, it actually might be cool to give Ristar some expressions since he's on Sonic. What do you guys think? |

There are many more "worthwhile" mods on the Vault. :v Yah, I could list several, but I don't want to sound arrogant.  Point being that comment was a bit false, there are tons of great and amazing hacks on the vault by various hackers. |

I make YouTube videos, SM64 hacks, Brawl Hacks (obviously), NSMBW hacks, and GoldenEye 007 Mods. I also have a short attention span and tend to switch around a lot and put things on hold. But when I do finish things, 95% of the time I gave 120% effort, the other 5% of the time I give 100% effort.

Well no one ever knows who your imports are. So why would they comment on it?
I basically dont make hacks of popular videogame characters like everyone else because why wasting myself making them if someone else will make them too anyways?, for example, Ive wanted to see characters like ryu, rayman or the battletoads, I never tried making them because there are already; an since im a touhoufan, my priority is making the 111 touhou characters (thing that will take me long because I am the only touhoufan in this forum who actually does anything now that dao is gone Just an example...
Yeah, even though I think Velen is being a bit too blunt with this.
He is right. A lot of these models are too bright... Hell, he's blending in with the stage he's so bright.
So... Yeah, Kyouma, just saying "Why don't you fix it yourself" isn't really a good way to handle this...
Take some time to use a darken tool, and test that in game, if at first you don't succeed, try again. Then apparently you're completely blind. I just looked his gallery. Okay, the majority of his hacks aren't washed out, but there are quite a few that are too bright, not to mention that he has quite a few models that have white on them, which he never bothers to fix, which he or anyone else with an image editing program could do easily.
People shouldn't have to fix those mistakes for him.

What the redhead needs is some shading and minor highlighting. The blonde needs to be darkened a bit, then highlighted. The green-haired girl is mostly fine.

I did. The model is really lowpoly, so there's more than enough space. I've already set it up to accept expressions, so I just need to finish texturing the rest of them.  |
