Just lost everything I didn't have uploaded to the internet. So that's everything I haven't released including my whole wip folder, my music, school files everything.
I am beyond pissed right now.

The thing that pisses me off about Project: M the most is that Sheik's chain doesn't tether ledges anymore. WHY THE NERF? :/ If only hacking Brawl paid bills.

It basically said it needs an OS disc.
It worked fine yesterday and today this.
Not cool.
So when I get a new laptop the only things I'm working on will be:
Wolverine
Sanji
Luffy
Sora
Cause they have their latest stuff up uploaded to the internet.
But that won't be for a while. I can't even check my sd card cause the desktop I have access to can't do it.

Maan... that's rough.. I am always worried about that happening so any time I make decent progress I just throw it on my flash drive. But, if there is anything good that comes from having to redo stuff, it's that it tends to turn out a little better and goes faster too.
Anyways, if it will take a while to get a new setup, you could always buy an USB to SD card reader. I don't think they are too expensive.

Oh man that really blows!
You might be able to salvage files from your hdd though if you use a windows from CD boot or linux from cd boot. that way you don't have to install anything but you will be able to browse through your files if they are still there. If so you could copy them over to a flash drive.
Good luck and I really hope you manage to save your files.

That's terrible..... So sad....  umm.. you should get a 1TB USB Hard drive to back everything up on when you can, like me. The stuff I do and the stuff I use is too much for a basic Dropbox Account. |

I can hardly afford to go to class let alone get a new laptop. So I'm hoping that getting a Ubuntu OS sent to me will help a little.
and hopefully I get a job soon...
