Otherwise perfect. Also if Velen isn't going to make the hyper beam yellow I can do it for you no problem, so long as he doesn't mind me rotating the colors on his texture. XD on the 1st pic, he looks like he was saying "SHADDAP!!"

it does multi hit and the thing is if the oponent is on the ground near gyarados mouth he wont be able to escape all the hits and he will take 22% each mass of water has a weak knockback and does 2% @Carnage- I finished the Flygon moveset for you want me to shoot you a PM?
i never even tough about psaing flygon lol i like flygon and he is probably my favorite dragon but im psaing gyarados now and my next pokemon psa after gyarados i would like if it was heracross since he is one of my fav pokes but we still dont have a import over a char but i wouldnt mind seeing the moveset even if its just to give some opinions about fludd read this fludd is hard like hell to make it work and it seems to be far from the mouth due to the picture since fludd fires strings of water gfx , its not a continuos gfx and i make it so you cant control it since thrust me you wouldnt want to see gyarados shoot water trough its head when pointing up there is a small glitch that the first piece of water gets shoot through gyarados back and i dkn how to fix it but it isnt very noticable the only way to make the fluud water work is to make the fludd thing visible so i reduced it to 0.001 and hidded it on its mouth since if i make her vanish the water will shoot all over the place so if i push it back it will probably apear on the screen even if its just a dot, i spent like 3 hours to make gyarados shoot water straight ahead thrue its mouth by trail and error damn fludd water that isnt atached to any bone. |

I haven't played with Mario's articles yet though so who knows.

he shoots straight from the mouth that image doesnt despict it very well  its just that the gfx near the mouth is more transparent than the rest but that is how fludd water works |

Hey here's some stuff I've been working on for Darkrai.  This is his Up B [Nightmare]. The colored circles are representations, and will look differently in game  The Orange represents the hitbox of the attack. If it connects Darkrai pulls the opponent into the void with him and takes them up into the air, and deals damage with nightmare as they travel as they travel through the Void. Forward B [Dream Eater] The Red represents the Hitbox Darkrai jumps forward like Gannon's Forward B and reaches out to grab an opponent. If he does he pulls them down into the void and inflicts damage with nighmare. Up A Air Down A Air More updates on Dragonite will probably come tomorrow or sometime soon too, I will say it will probably be about his Forward B [Whirlwind] We also decided that his FS is going to be Draco Meteor. |

Hey guys here's Dragonite's Whirlwind Graphic.  The attack is repeatable if you keep pressing B. Dragonite just continues to flap his wings and send out bursts of wind. |

I have some kirby´s return to dreamland tornado gfx, but they need to be fixed because they are v11, but i think in the new BB you can fix it easily, im too lazy to do it, but if anyone wants the gfx i could PM it. Also @Carnage, try moving the fludd´s water animation backwards, so it looks like he is shooting it from the mouth, since the water is an article its easy to edit the animation on the motionetc file. |

nice touch adding rocks to the tornado and darkrai is looking good , darkray was my first psa wher i was just testing the stuff i knew on the psa program and animation swaping so the psa is probably outdated like hell its nice you guys are actualy animating him and all and draco meteor for Dragonite fs is a great idea
