How can i delete my account?
Best thing you could do is change your password to random letters.

For [censored]'s sake, man. You sent me a PM just today asking for helpful advice about your forum experience.
You could at least give me a few hours to write it out before giving up on the forum. Don't force me to spam your e-mail, because I will do it. I'm real stubborn when it comes to helping people! Edit: On second thought, no. I kinda give up.

By taking more than 5 seconds to think up a post, writing quite well, having a recognizable username and reading the posts of people above you. All of these you should immediately start doing. Now. In other words, LURK MORE.

This.
@IckTtwo0 I registered an account here (this one tbx) in mid-late 2012 (I'll check that I'm not entirely sure). I didn't start seriously posting until mid-2013, partially because I was returning to Brawl hacking, partially because I didn't know how this place ran. Taking some time to lurk a couple of topics/boards goes a long way.
Your ranking, most times, is determined by the number of posts you make. Making more (hopefully thought-out) posts will change your rank title and star count. Some ranks, like Moderator and Brawl Vault Staff are hand-given, and for those you'd have to have a lot of experience on KC/MM.
If you have any questions, ask an Administrator, Staff Member, or Moderator. They're here to make sure everybody gets the best experience, and would be more than willing to help you out.

edit: early-2013. I was close.

1) Not that I know of? Just challenge the report you've made, and wait for the BV Staff to resolve it. 2) This is turning into the new hot topic for misplaced questions. I'm half expecting people asking help on how to hack SSB4, next.

The user is free to tag the Report as "Solved" once he edits the hack, actually.

I like to make a suggestion.
Everyone (recently me aswell) all know that necroposting is wrong and annoying. So i may have a solution.
You guys should develope a device (or whatever) to track the posts that recently past the three week mark. Once the post reaches a certain time in the forums (let's say like a month) it can automatically lock or delete (or put then in archives) to make room for more new posts .
This can also help relieve the amount of pages the necro posts make and, prevent new members from doing accidental necroposting, which can, has, and will happen regardless of the warning being on top of the quick reply.
To any high ranked user this is a ridiculous idea, but perhaps if this suggestion can be modified to fit the forums needs, then i'm sure this isn't a bad idea in anyway.

No. It is possible to post in an old thread with content that wouldn't be marked for necroposting. A user could return to their modding thread after a hiatus only to find it locked.
As we once told a user who complained about this in the Moderation Corner a long time ago: we are not going to baby you. Knowing the rules and being aware of the situation when you're making a post is on you. It is not our fault when you break a rule.

Not to mention you get a pretty visible visual warning if you're in danger of making a necropost. That's about as much babying as you'll get here.
