Ok, well it looks like the time has come...
I am indeed making a Kid Buu moveset
And progress is going very smoothly. This won't use my exact moveset from my Recycle Bin, but a new one with custom animations as standard. Here is the written moveset:
The very incarnation of evil itself, Kid Buu has joined the Brawl! Kid Buu has always been represented as a fast character. His combo potential is unparalleled thanks to the On Hit Cancel system incorporated into his moveset. He's an excellent glass cannon character. Get into the right position, and deal a load of damage with the correct skill and combos. However, he has a high chance of getting punished and due to his low weight, fairly high falling speed and fairly low air speed he will probably die pretty easily. However, he has the potential to be one of the most technical characters you will play in Smash.
AAA combo - A left jab followed by a right jab, another left jab and then two kicks. His main combo starting tool. Overall 11%
F Tilt - A long range hand whip forward with slow start up. Interestingly, this has two hits and the second hit actually brings the opponent back towards you. 9%
U Tilt - A fairly slow but again good range uppercut swipe. A combo ending move that may lead into a special. 10%
D Tilt - A fast sweep kick with good reach the makes Kid Buu go forward a bit. Hits the opponent upwards for a follow up (ideally with U Tilt or U Smash). 7%
Dash Attack - A floating head spin with legs extended outwards (think somewhat like Kirby's Dash Attack). Deals multiple hits and acts as Buu's other main combo starter. 9%
F Smash - A good reaching forward jumping roundhouse kick. Good well rounded smash, but somewhat punishable endlag. 14-19%
U Smash - An upward flip kick. A fast smash attack with decent vertical reach and overall a pretty good combo ender. 13-17%
D Smash - A ground spin very similar to Sonic's D Smash. Great horizontal reach but low knockback and damage. Interestingly though, this move can actually be jump cancelled upon landing the hit, allowing for aerial follow-ups and pressure. 10-14%
N Air - Four fast aerial kicks similar to his Flying Kick move from DBZ BT3. Good priority, but quite a bit of landing lag. 12%
F Air - A spinning roundhouse kick. An overall very well rounded aerial and a key tool for his pressure game and gimping game. 10%
B Air - A fast back kick almost identical to Falco's B Air, but with lower damage. Still retains sex kick properties 11-6%
U Air - A flip kick similar to Mario's. Pretty quick, but overall not as quick as Mario's U Air. 10%
D Air - Kid Buu curls into a ball and rockets downwards. Upon contact with the foe he bounces on top of them. His strongest aerial and his main form of killing. 13%
Grab - A long range arm stretch forward. About as slow as Link's or Samus' grab but as much reach.
F Throw - A two handed giant swing. Think something like Mario's B Throw but forwards. His best killing throw 11%
B Throw - Kid Buu warps in front of the foe and kicks them in the face backwards. 9%
U Throw - Kid Buu throws the foe slightly in the air, then throws a barrage of kicks on them upwards. 10%
D Throw - Kid Buu whirls the foe around his head, then slams them to the ground with his arm stretched. His best combo throw. 7%
Neutral B: Shocking Ball - A slow startup but fairly large, fast and powerful projectile that explodes in a lightning shock. This can be shield cancelled during start-up for excellent follow-up potential from a combo ending with this special. 13%
Side B: Mystic Combination - Kid Buu does a spinning grab. If he grabs the opponent, he'll curl into a ball and slam the foe multiple times. On the ground, this ends in Kid Buu sticking his foot into the ground and kicking the foe upwards. In the air, this ends with Kid Buu kicking the foe downwards for a strong meteor smash. The air version is very difficult to land properly. 10%
Up B: Buu Rocket - Kid Buu shoots upwards like a pink rocket. This can be directionally c ontrolled like Lucario's Up B, however it cannot turn as much but it deals damage. 8%
Down B: Instant Transmission - Kid Buu does a fast teleport. Depending on the direction you press, Kid Buu teleports in that direction. On the ground he can only teleport forward and back. In the air he can teleport in all four diagonals. This can only be used once in the air (for obvious reasons). 0%
Final Smash: Planet Burst - Kid Buu laughs, then rises to the top of the stage. He then throws his deadly ball of pure destructive energy downwards. Any foe unfortunate enough to obstruct the path of this energy ball will take multiple hits of damage. it then ends in a powerful explosion. 55%
The On Hit Cancel System
This system is the combo system that fuels Kid Buu. It works like this:
The AAA moves and Dash Attack can cancel into tilts, smashes or specials
The tilts can cancel into smashes or specials
The smashes can only cancel into specials (though the D Smash can also be jump cancelled)
The aerials can cancel into specials
This allows for a very fast paced type of gameplay mechanic for Kid Buu. One that will make him feel unique and set him apart from the crowd. However, I have taken many factors into account for this mechanic to be properly balanced. Here will be his main cons:
1) He will be a featherweight character. Roughly the same weight as Fox, maybe a bit lighter.
2) There will be a slightly increased ability to DI out of most of his attacks.
3) He doesn't have many reliable killing moves
4) His moves are rather punishable when they aren't comboing properly
5) His aerials all have a fair amount of landing lag if they whiff
Finally, here is an animation preview of the stuff I've done so far. All the animations I've done are in the description of the vid. I plan on changing a couple of them at a later stage. The main one being the Wait1, which will be more like his Budokai 3 waiting animation:

YEAH one less moveset i had to work on + can maybe soon see on-hit cancal system so i can add it to goku /maybe gotenks
btw what happen to kamehameha?
