Thats ok dude, i know how it feels when u start doing something for someone, and then u get caught up in doing ur own things....its happened to me a lot! XD Although ive been waiting for over 2 months now for a Roxas import, and its coming out soon!!!

Gmod maybe? Im gonna google stuff for t-stancing models...ive found it before... I just didnt understand it... It seemed pretty simple and it was done in 3DS.. Ill send you the link when i find it..

Looks good... btw i found the way to smooth out the whole model completely as a whole, not poly by poly and how to make sure it doesnt create holes in the process either...
=D so Dark Samus has no holes any more...
I was also able to add the textures thru the spheres and not just dragging it... =)
Watching 3DS Max tuts are helping...

Also, rigging sucks. A lot.

Very simple...
Select the whole model> Go to Modify> Modifer List Tab> Mesh Smooth.
Then in mesh smooth, leave or put the iteration to 1 and smoothness to 0.8 and you done =D
hopefully the video tutorial for rigging comes out soon =/

Even though Rundas has a hole in him anyway. XD
Right now, I'm less concerned with rigging and more concerned with getting a T-stanced model. I know how to do it, but I don't know how to make it work correctly. /:

Rundas's model is much, much, much more complicated than Blaze's. I already considered that, as well as rigging him to a dummy skeleton to position him, but ripping a T-stanced model would be much easier since I can't really get the rigging right.
Nor am I good at vertexing. /:
Im all ears... ill give it a shot..
Oh, I hope you don't mean to describe how to rig. It's basically how Justin's tutorial is. XD
