Looks unbelievable bro!  The texture in particular is absolutely amazing.  You were always a great texturer, but this in my opinion is some of the best texture work you've ever done!  You've come very far and I'm eagerly anticipating this!

Ha, I know right? I mean I had been working on a stage that I only showed to Wolfric and Br3, since no one else cares about the show. I might show some previews if anyone is interested. It's also a custom made stage.

Thanks man! I have been getting better at texturing, at least much better than when I started. Still, I got a long way to go.

Just to let everyone know again, these textures from Cool Cool Mountain are not mine. Starwaffle is the one that's doing the textures, and also Vertexing some models like the trees, and such. This is a collaborated hack.

I'm the one that's building the stage, and doing the rest of the aspects of Stage building. I have given it a custom lighting, and nulled some normals as well.

Pictures once again don't do justice, so expect a video and even a release very soon.

It's impressive, looks completely new, while it still gets the sensation of being in the original place.

Similar to the feeling with the mario 64 stages in melee. I'm willing to see it finished soon

Thank you sir! Emily aka PinkPrincess got the penguin model for us. She got it from Mario Kart Wii.

Things left to do:

- Add shadows, which I'm working on right now.
- Add shadows to the trees.
- The cave inside the mountain, plus the bridge.
- The two red coins that are visible in this area.

And a few other things that I can't think of right now.

More progress will be shown later today.

He and Beyond are seriously Vertex masters, they make stuff that would make others think it's impossible and they make it possible O_o
