I tested the Skull Kid psa a little just for fun, and I would like to mention something that seems a little annoying according to me, it's a little thing but still I think it deserves to be mentioned.
When you use forward smash, sometimes, there is a giant but thin purple triangle that appears during very little time, I honestly don't know if it is a problem that I'm the only one to have, but if it can be fixed, I think it could be a good thing, if you know how to fix it of course, and the most important, when you have time. It's a detail, so if you want to focus much more on other things I would easily understand.
After that, I have nothing other to say, there is no other real problem, excepted with the shield but as I know what this thing is about the shield, I know it was done on purpose so I have nothing to report about it.
Anyway, good job, it is a sympathic Psa, but overpowered according to me. It's not a problem at all, you haven't stated if he was going to be overpowered or balanced so...

How I found the scream works in Majora's Mask and how Divine has made it work in Brawl is it's just a short scream repeated a bunch of times making the illusion of a long annoying scream.
So just replace TL's scream with a scream that fits that time frame (obviously). But make sure it's just the one scream. And don't try to fit Skull Kids whole long scream into there.
Unless you found a better way of course. : P

That's good advice, but I am not the one who is making the brstm. I just provided a few sound files.

So who is making the bsrtm?.....lol I feel kinda bad releasing SKull kid so early since I only worked on him for less than 3 days. Maybe updates should be applied to this one.

^ yeah I do. I have an idea that will greatly improve his forward smash without making his legs, head, and arms invisible. oh and if it helps, the sound effect that I used for his attacks is 9e1 which is toon links screem. it last about 10 frames.

Has anyone mentioned that the side-tilt a often has graphical glitches? Sometimes when I use the move, the fairy doesn't come out, or else all you see is a fireball looking thing. Just thought I would mention it.

But why do we need to have another fairy model for Tael? Couldn't we just use Tatle's model and then wrap a different texture over it?...

That's what I thought. But apparently you can't use the same model twice? So we need one for Tatl and for Tayl. D: (Has anyone noticed if you put those two names together you get..... Tayl-Tatl?)
Btw divine the Idle animation is sorta messed up. Before Tatl goes away she comes out again, so there are two of her floating around.

Tael Tatle?... You mean Tatle-Tael?  I still don't understand why you couldn't just duplicate the model. But that shows how ignorant I am of how vertexing works. Oh well, someone will figure it out eventually.

And I don't think it has anything to do with vertexing. It's the PSA that limits it.
