I was able to test this out yesterday, and it's definately better than the older version I tried before. I'm assuming at this point that the Up+Tilt for Fire/Electricity will have different effects rather than putting them to sleep? Because it only makes more sense to have it on Air, so that it wouldnt be repetitive, and air is of course the weakest element Soren has.
But what's bothering me the most at this point is how bright Neutral A-Air [Fire] is. It can somewhat hurt the eyes if you use it quite a bit.
Great job though, this is definately a big improvement from your first release!
I havent had the chance to test it too much because I was in a rush at that time, but i've gone through a good amount of testing with it (not fighting though). I'll be leaving him in my SD Card for now and see how my friends like it. The Up+Down Tilts give it more of a mage-like feel, so that's a good thing =]
EDIT: Ohh, so down tilt is a reflecting barrier? It's kind of hard to tell without reading it. Maybe you could all a shield-like animation along with the animation you already have, or something, i'm not sure. But people who first attempt to use this character probably wont know what it does.
i agree with different up tilits for each element. up tilt is suppose to be supportive magic right then maybe for fire you use up tilt to increase damage for a short amount of time. and thunder can icrease speed or something like that

that's not a bad idea, if it werent spammable. because what i think is that people would use it every chance they get, as in make an attempt to power-up everytime they get the opponent knocked back.
lolz i just had the funniest idea (well, the way i imagined it was funny). Soren using up+tilt in lightning element, and pulling out that lightsaber sword xD since the sword does look like it's made of lightning. [not a suggestion here, just a random thing that popped into my head while i was typing this] =x
omg that reminds me of Seiken no Blacksmith lolz

LMAO i would love to see a lightsaber spawn out of no where. and for the up tilt idea maybe there can be a charge time like you can only use it every 20-30 secs and its last for only ten.

Thank you, nice suggestions. Forget the idea of making other attacks stronger with U tilt. I know how to do this but it is extreme long and I don't know how big I can make this hack. It's no problem to make a different U tilt for each element. But what should I do for them. What's against the reflecting barrier? My suggestion would be not to use the barrier magic from FE but the poison magic. I could make then a flower on the opponent's head. This will be the poison effect. In FE is a paralyse magic, too. If I should make a magic you can switch through I can make time stopp to get this effect. But what is then the third one?(no healing, please).

hmmmm i like the poison idea but for the third one im not sure but ill think about it

what if you make them absorb what ever element the barrier is, like the fire down tilt barrier would absorb fire based attacks stuff like that. or you can just make the barrier look different for each element giving it a different color or design. or one barrier to reflect one to absorb and the other to have super armor or just completly nullify projectiles. p.s. when doing the poison for fire you not going to acutually put a flower there right. how about olimars fire pikmin animation when he attachs to someone to represent the poison or burn damage cause it makes a little more sense.

lolz the more i think about that beam sword coming out with the Up+Tilt, the more I like the idea xD
I mean, the thing about paralyzing someone is still relatively the same thing as putting them to sleep, because they wont be moving.
I'm not sure if you would agree with this, and i've never played fire emblem either, but having that same visual effect on up+tilt, and maybe a small electricity effect on the floor, similar to pikachu's neutral B, on both sides going outward, and when he pulls out the beam sword, add the slash sound of the beam sword, and have him holding it. This will allow soren to use a sword through magic lolz xD
(i'm not sure how much of that is actually possible though, or if it even makes sense.. but visually in my head, i like it)

This is verry easy to make as you deskribed it. There is only one problem coming from me: I don't want him to create Items. Perkaps I will spmetimes make an item character. He will only use and summon items. I'm sorry this one is intended it be a "normal" character. Else I would make healing and items.

It´s OK. An other question: Someone requested other grabs and throws. Is that really necessarry? Why can´t a magiciain grab with his hands? Pethaps i could mahe a extreme hi distnace grab.
