i guess your right. its just the thought of model imports making vertexes obsolete makes this feel pointless. link's stance looks weird for luke so i guess after textures and some animations ill probaly have a different outlook on this after it looks more like luke.
i just noticed its almost 3 AM. im so freakin hungry but i have to do that jacket fix first. i been just readin stuff, like the DAE to MLD0 thread in programming, on the net this whole night.. damn distractions
by the way, which version of luke do ya like better. long hair or da short hair one.

i like em both too much to decide x__x
i think the animation's on da hat thing are gonna need tweaking somewhen cuz the long hair sometimes go in his back when i was playin. my brother was using a tabuu model and PSA over ganon and wow.. that thing was overpowered. there was a unblockable huge freakin laser that didnt have a lag start up and could be spammed. the FS was a instant death and almost every move had big hitboxes. i disgraced the luke vertex by losing.. even if it was a unfair fight.

oh. dam.. i guess ill have to give cloud a break when yer done. or put cloud over someone else.
hmm.. knowing ike's hair the hair would be tricky but till possible, the more edges there is the more vertex editing options there is. you think i could make the vertex for it or is it strictly PSA only?

while you and others are texturing ill start on animations and the moveset. a long time ago i did texture the pants black but they turned out too dark. i know better techniques now to give it better shades instead of lookn' pitch black but wont texture it yet, remember we are gonna try combining the best of the best textures made for him for v0.02.
im gonna tell ya now though, the jacket cape straps are tricky to texture. its techincaly link's belt overlayed over itself so its not invisible when lookin at it from behind. before i publish it ill update the OP with texturing guide lines of what ill be lookin for i textures.
EDIT: im very.. VERY hungry right now so im gonna make somethin to eat. after that ill do some last minute things before its up.
