Wow, these are looking really good! I've been wanting Other M ZSS for a while now, glad someone is managing to pull it off.

thanks, i wasn't going to reply until i had pic progress but whatever; still got progress though and updates.

the progress i have is edit to the final smash and the gun.

for the gun the bones added screwed up the model and a few animations. if i can fix this i will continue using that model. so as of now i am using one of my many back ups and went ahead and editted the gun that is used in samus pac/pcs instead of the model. so the side taunt and final smash gun will have new animations. if i can find a way to add gun animation to other moves i will. but the gun can move the exact same way as in my bone added pic, will be editing the animations for it. also the gun has reflective/shine and the inside and outside lights has a glow effect added.

for the final smash i wanted a new look so i experimented to see how i could change it. so i took lucarios because his is similiar and replaced samus, tested in game and it worked. since i know its an easy process i will get a useable 3d model to replace it, one that does not increase the filesize too high. i will try to replicate ryu's shinku hadouken look, i will either ask someone to rip it or make my own to practice modeling. anyone who reads this that can rip it rip it and pm it to me please. one that could possible work is the one from tatsunoko vs capcom since it's a wii game and ripping from it is possible.

i also have a problem and need help. it's the motionetc i can't get it to work for some reason. the details are on the first page of the thread My Second post. i editted my first and second posts. first is updates and stuff like that and the second will be for help and feedback. if you can help with the problem please do.

SAMUS PROGRESS SHIP ENTRY

I am using the original samus entry from the vault as a base. i am hoping the final result is close to this with reflective and glow effects. this is using the textures with no edit so it's looks very good.

                     
this is the current version that works in game. i reduced the textures to be able to test in game. I still have to optimize the model in max, so the texture quality will increase. it's also pale in color because i added bumps and so it can favor the look of samus' suit. i will brighten it some so it's more yellow, i didn't do any textures edits besides re-sizing them atm.

i haven't planed out the animation for samus when she arrives yet and i may make some edits to the animations for the ship depending on samus' animations. i will utilize the platform hanger from the ship.

This is some astounding hack work. I'm really looking forward to the completion of this so I can add it to my game.
