This is my psa thread. I decided to give to the hacking community instead of ask for things. I don't know everything about moding but I know the basics. This thread will feature my PSAs and WIPS, and will have previews and videos. Thanks to anyone supporting me. Constructive criticism and ideas are accepted here.

Luigi/Mr.L

I decided to do a Luigi/Mr.L PSA because i felt there were not to many interesting PSAs for Luigi other than the SMBZ Moveset which i felt was to much of a clone of the SMBZ Mario Moveset. Luigi will have most of the same attributes and abilities as brawl but will have a few new tricks. Mr.L on the other hand will have some different techniques that consist of attacks him and luigi have done in other games, but will mainly be things Mr.L has actually done or may be able to do. Simply put Luigi will be the skill and Mr.L will be the strength.

Suicune Over Ivysaur

I decided to do Suicune because I dont like Ivysaur. Suicune will be a fighter who is a mix of power and speed. He will be part of a legendary PSA pack me and a few others will release. The pokemon in the legendary PSA pack will be Rayquaza, Suicune, and Azelf.

Kakashi's normal mode moveset will be centered around what he could do during Naruto for all the people who are not watching shippuden or dont like shippuden.Kakashi's normal mode=Less jutsus more combat. Kakashi's sharingan mode is centered around the current shippuden Kakashi.Kakashi sharigan mode=Kamui and more jutsus.

AAA:Punch,Kunai slash,Kunai slash,kick
Forward tilt:Forward Kick
Down tilt:Crouching Kunai slash
Up tilt:Captain Falcon's up tilt
F-smash:A strong Kunai slash foward
D-smash:A Strong crouching leg sweep

Air-N:Captain Falcon's Air-N
Air-F:A spinning foward kick
Air-B:A kunai slash backwards that turns his direction
Air-D:A kick downwards that has a downwards momentum
Air-U:Captain Falcon's Air-U
N-B:Lightning Blade
F-B:Kakashi throws some kunai at the opponents
D-B:Counter, if hit thousand years of pain
U-B:A Vertical Kunai slash that has a few super armor frames
Air N-B:Same as ground
Air F-B:Same as ground
Air D-B:Counter, if hit kakashi hits the opponent
Air U-B:Same as ground

Down taunt:Sharingan Mode

Hey nice thread Final Emperor! I'm liking the  beta psa's and it's looking good as well as animations
I was beginning to wonder when someone would make a Kakashi PSA, glad to hear someone took the dedication and challenge to do it. Oh and I like the GFX you used for Kakashi, were they custom external graphic effect you put in there yourself?

Not really a fan of PSAs based on actual characters, but I must say, you're getting somewhere.

PSA looks great so far. Perhaps you should add, I thinks it's called hitstun to your lightening blade attack so that after it connects there is a brief pause before the opponent goes flying.

For your Chaos PSA I think a cool addition to the character would be to introduce a feature like Mortimer did with his Dry Bones PSA. If a character Toadstools (jumps on head) of chaos theres a % that he'll burst into a puddle like Sonic Adventure. Just for fun obviously.

Thanks for the opinions and ideas. I am currently doing kakashi's mangekyo sharingan final
smash. I will post a preview of it when the final smash is near complete. I am also doing
a suicune and rayquaza PSA. Rayquaza is about 90% done just need to finish a couple
things. Once again thanks for the replies.

Wow major improvement work you have done, Good job!    and for the kamui for kakashi, is it a counter? Or a range type of final smash? Just thought I'd ask because the beta video didn't show what it would do to the opponents, but figured that's why it's still beta and that you're still psaing it.

Hmm... I'd like to give you a suggestion :
For his Down B (if you didn't already use it), you can do the Doton technique where he buries his foe.
Details :

Kakashi prepares his technique with hand signs, if an enemy attacks him, he dissapears in the ground, catch the enemy's leg, then bury him where he was...

the kamui because it is still in progress.
