He will be for sure overpowered, and have his classic moves i think, but thats what i dont like about goku, he is the freaking strongest anime character i have ever seen, so my hopes for a balanced PSA died.... |

Or maybe make him Goku during the fight first fight against Vegeta, and having Kaioken being somewhere in there.
...Then again, I'd save that for a broken version, unless you make it similar to Lucario's Aura while keeping it balanced. That sounds like cakewalk for you though Silent. :3 |

Possible to make him balanced.. One effective way it to make him have the same effect as lucario.. What I mean by that is making him stronger as his percentage gets higher.. So just like lucario his hit percentage starts low then grows...
That's basically the only way I see it being "balanced"..
Edit: then for the final smash he can go super saiyan and pwn everyone XD..

And besides, Brawl has a tendency for nerfing characters that should be powerful *cough*Ganondorf*cough*.
SDoom, IF you do Adult Goku, will you still be planning on keeping Viewtiful Joe as your CF slot?
I guess it will depend on which PSA I enjoy playing as more. I enjoy playing as V. Joe quite a bit, so it depends on whether Goku will be fun to play as or not. |

Possibly, though it's unlikely.
EDIT: Ok guys, I'm calling it now and saying that Goku has won (he completely dominated everyone o.O). Here's what I have as far as the moveset goes:
AAA: A simple punch, punch kick combo. Nothing special. 9%
F Tilt: A spinning roundhouse kick. Well rounded. Fast with decent knockback. 10%
U Tilt: An uppercut with good combo ability due to it's low ending lag but good knockback. 7%
D Tilt: A sweep kick with a good chance of tripping opponents. 6%
Dash Attack: A flying, lunging kick towards the foe. Decent knockback with a small tripping chance. 10%
F Smash: A powerful gut punch that sends the opponent flying. The strongest of Goku's smashes. 15-19%
U Smash: A strong upward kick that launches foes up at an angle. Careful of it's ending lag. 15-19%
D Smash: Goku does a Kiai Cannon on both sides to push the enemy sideways. Great range that is hard to see, but the weakest of Goku's smashes. 12-16%
N Air: A simple kick with Sex Kick properties (like Mario's or Fox's N Air). 8%/5%
F Air: A powerful double hammer fist that can meteor smash the opponent downward and an angle. 11%
B Air: A decently strong back kick (very similar to Fox's B Air). 9%
U Air: A flipkick. Remains the same as Falcon's but with a tiny bit less damage. 8%
D Air: 3 fast downward kicks (Flying Kick in the DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi games). Very little knockback. More used as a combo and gimping tool. 11%
F Throw: A spinning giant throw (the same as Mario's B Throw but forwards). Strongest of the throws 12%
B Throw: A kick backwards (same as Ike's B Throw). 8%
U Throw: A double upwards kick (same as Sheik's U Throw). 9%
D Throw: Goku sets the opponent to the ground and fire's Ki blasts at their face. 10%
Neutral B - Kamehameha: Goku's signature technique. Takes a long time to charge (about 2 to 3 seconds), but deals very massive damage once it is charged. Use with caution, as Goku is unable to move once he does the attack (unless you shield cancel it, in which case you lost all the charge time). The move also has a weak heavy armour so that Goku it's not too pathetically easy to interrupt. It's range goes across the entire stage. 30%
Side B Ground - Meteor Combination: A combo move. Goku starts with a series of punches and kicks then launches the foe into the air and finally spikes them back down with an elbow shot. This requires timing of your button presses to link all the hits together properly (like Marth's Side B). However, if you do it is a rewardingly strong combo. 25% total
Side B Air - Dragon Dash: Goku dashes to the side at high speeds momentarily for recovery. This move can also be tilted slightly up or down. Does no damage. 0%
Up B - Instant Transmission: Instead of teleporting behind the enemy, Goku simply teleports upwards for very large vertical recovery. 0%
Down B - Kaioken - Upon initiating this move, Goku will flash red during a lot of his animations. Whilst you have the Kaioken, a number of different effects initiate:
- In every animation, you take damage dependent on how strong the move is:
Wait animations you take 1% every half a second
AAA combo you take 2%
Dash Attack, Tilts, Throws and Aerials you take 3%
Smashes you take 5%
Kamehameha you take 15%
Meteor Combination you take 8%
Dragon Dash you take 2% every half a second
- Every attack gets a damage and knockback buff
- F Smash gets super armour during the first couple of frames
- U Smash is faster
- D Smash has more range
- Kamehameha becomes a 20x Kaioken Kamehameha. This means it charges faster and does 45% instead of 30% (and has even more knockback and size), however you suffer from hurtful ending lag at the end and take a large amount of recoil damage.
- Dragon Dash become easier to control and lasts for signifcantly longer.
Other stuff:
- New waiting animation (will be like the one in Budokai Tenkaichi 3)
- New taunting animation (his "Come on" taunt will be replaced by the taunt in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and his Up Taunt will no longer have fire, but the ground will shake)
- All his dodges will be teleports
- All his walking animations will be floating (however, his running animation will still be running)
- His running speed will be slightly decreased (he will run about the same speed as DK)
- His jumping height will be significantly increased
Well, that's what I got so far. Whaddya think?
