Nonsense aside, looks like it's that time again...The time to end the second Strawpoll!
Out of 54 voters, almost half of those voters chose all the Custom Special options, so it looks like I'm going to be making all the possible Custom Specials for a Sm4sh Charizard update.
For a disclaimer, I will not be making all the combinations, as that would just bloat the download with at least 12 different versions, so instead, I'm going to be having 3 different versions (1-1-1-1, 2-2-2-2, and 3-3-3-3) for Brawl (Independent Charizard only) and 3 different versions for PM (Flare Blitz version only, in which only the Flare Blitz options will be available).
While this will mean you'll have to learn some PSA to get what you want, it will ease a lot of work for me on my end, as on top of coding the Custom Specials themselves, I'll also have to make sure I have all the Charizard Customs in Sm4sh unlocked before I start.

With the poll coming to an end (the poll will end tomorrow in the afternoon), I've decided to post a written moveset for a potential character in the future. Thanks to a few members on the Gamindustri subreddit, I've constructed a planned moveset for this character candidate. I'm sure the weebs here will love this. This thread keeps dying. Feels bad, man. Fret not though, as I have a minor Deoxys update. I'll also post the previous previews I posted of Deoxys for those who haven't seen it before. Alongside this, I've gotten aerial taunting working, so now I propose a question. Would you like Deoxys to change Form via Special or Taunt? Only Normal and Attack have been worked on so far (he still needs to perfect them though). This spoiler contains the old info. I still have yet to finish the second set of Sm4sh Charizard's Custom Specials, as it's been too tedious to get working right when I could be working on other things. This will also include me ditching Deoxys' Custom Specials options. I also want to make a general statement, too. If any of you here are competent animators and want to help me on my projects, send me a PM with your work, and I'll decide if your skills are up to me standards. If I do accept you, you'll gain the benefits of getting early access to my PSAs and my PSA assistance with your projects. With a total of 45 voters, Taunt Transformation has the lead with 27/60 people voting in favor of it. Though I'm going to make a second poll to make sure people know what they want, as Taunt Transformation does have its flaws, such as: -No other Smash Brothers character has aerial Taunting, making it out of place. -While new unique Down Specials add more to the character, it'll take longer to think of and implement said Specials when I already have the current Down Special transformation coding finalized. -Deoxys will not have its own Taunts if this goes through, given that Deoxys would be using the said Taunt inputs to transform. -The coding adds a total of 10 KB to the file size. That's 10 KB which could have been used on other moves and/or the overall moveset. -In addition to being the only character to be able to Taunt in the air, it'll also be the only character to completely change the way it plays via taunting, which again, makes it out of place when compared to other character Taunts with effects. I actually think that moveset changing via taunt is the #2 coolest thing that can be done with PSAs, second only to moveset changing via damage percent. And taunting in the air sounds so game-changing and original that I love the concept! This is what I think more PSAs should do - thinking outside of the box for an ever expanding Smash experience.
Some things currently present in Smash 4 (and even Brawl by its release) would be considered as "off" from the usual in the series since there was never anything like that before. Ryu's Street Fighter commands, Little Mac's KO Bar and Cloud's Limit break are good examples, and so are Brawl's character changing via Taunt (ZSS and Samus) and Snake's remote controlled Nikita.
Being groundbreaking and innovative is never really a bad thing in Smash. It just shows the amazing potential it has as a fun fighting/party game.

A partial reason why I made a second poll was because I kinda didn't want to do it in the first place. Why would I want to waste 10 KB on something I already coded in months ago? I thought it would be cool at the time, but I later regretted it after some thinking.
