    Like of characters?
    from complete scratch, no. i want to learn one day. i can vertex edit existing objects fairly well though. why, what do you have in mind?

    i started work on this dude..
    this project isnt taking nowhere as long as Sora did. with Sora there was so many dam keyblades and objects to keep track of in different .max files. i do need to think of at least 1 weapon for the twig..

    anyway, seeing as it wont take long to finish, after hes done, the next project will be da current poll's winner on the day Kid Trunks is out

    I was wondering if you could make a non-Symphonia tales character. No one in particular but just someone who can maybe give a little more interest in the series.

    Hey uhmmm ramon i don't know if you could do this or if it's simple or not...anyway could you take the model of dream drop sora and make three different files? Like one with the Kingdom key in the right hand and Oathkeeper in the left, another one with the the Kingdom key in the right hand and Oblivion on the left hand and another one with Oblivion and Oathkeeper? If that's possbile can you tell me how i do it?

    yeh its possible, its why i put the FULL .pac files for the costumes there. its the dream drop .pac file in the XtraEquips folder. you have to follow the guide in the .txt file from the download. if you run into a problem or dont understand a part of it, lemme know

    yeh, at some point i wanted to try to make Cress. except then i talked with tempesttime and he has the actual model for him from Tales of Vs. he has them all uploaded but need to be converted with some program called Noesis

    theres alot from the Tales series i have in mind for importing, most of the characters i dont know but like their design. an example would be Viegue. not sure if tempesttime wanted to keep it a secret but he sent me his cameo model from Tales of Graces. it needs to be T-posed and will be over Ike for a PSA. he was also going to rip Asbel as well. him i do know

    so far from the Tales series.. my priorities would be Viegue and Genis Sage. im not starting anyone else from that series till these are done.

    He's from tales of destiny, but since he made a cameo appearence in symphonia there is already a model:

    Yes the model is from symphonia but he isn't from symphonia game, and since he has a bow and a sword maybe he could go over link or toon link and we could later port him to some other character

    Actually, I think I saw that preview or a similar one about Veigue. But yeah, I knew he was doing him.

    I also have a question. Can you do a quick rig test of a human character over King Dedede? Because I know he has the same kind of bones of a human character like Link or Marth. But I'm not sure if the bones are used in the same way.

    I'm wondering this because if you could get a humanoid character over Dedede, then i'd like to try to PSA Cress over him. (Because Dedede is Default red by default, has a weapon trail, and has articles. It'd work fine.) The rig is what I'm curious about.

    Dream Drop Sora still doesn't work. I was using kingdom key. I tried all the keyblades with it.

    Ha ha. Garr alias Woodrow? Honestly, it can be fun. But he's really a polyvalent fighter. I have his game so I know what I'm talking about. One thing that would be fun is to have him and Veigue (I know someone works on him) because Woodrow is often mistaken for Veigue. (there is even an optional quest based on this)

    But honestly, making a Psa of a character like Woodrow, it would be rather hard, but terribly interesting! Because he would of course be a really unique character by his gameplay that allies sword techniques, bow techniques, and magical techniques. It would really be something! But still, honestly, he's not really among the characters of Tales of destiny that I think should prioritized. I think, for logical reasons, that for example Leon Magnus/ Judas must be prioritized. And of course, what follows is personal, Stahn Philia and Barbatos too.

    Uhmm...i saw that i have to switch from "CullMode" to "Cull_All" but don't really got how to do this...
    Expand the MLD0, the main Sora model in the .PAC file. then expand the Materials Folder, and then you should see all the materials the objects use. after that, you click a material and look for "CullMode" on the right side.

    those are both good suggestions. Sadly that Asbel doesnt import properly into 3DS max, nearly all the polygons are missing (the Icon it shows is kinda misleading). it might be cuz they exported it from Blender.. dunno.

    at the moment, i dont need any more ideas, i need to finish the ones i already have. thanks though

    i think he works like kirby. a bone at the base where the arm and ball meet to rotate it from there and one inside his body (the ShoulderN), to rotate it around his ball-like structure. ill try a rig test one of these days.

    niice. if i did import him over dedede for a moveset, we wouldnt have to add or edit any bones. we would have to move bones to fit a more human-like character though. how is his PSA size?

    i dont know what could be causing the problem. if you both tryed assigning palettes and stuff (or downloaded the pack again) it could be cuz of lingering and unneeded Materials, Textures, and Palettes from the MLD0. i really dont know

    hey Phillia, havent seen you around. yeh Garr and Veigue look alike. besides a different shade of blue, Veigue gots a ponytail. i dont know either of em but they both look kool

    a small update. i finished up Kid Trunks's default suit's rig. im also makin him in a costume i wanted bad in Budokai 3 and Tenchaichi 2 and 3, him in his future-self capsule blue jacket and black pants suit which is almost done and rigged too. he still needs some model edits, his jacket seems too "puffy"

    i also sat down for a few hours on fryday and got this guy almost T-posed


    his arms and hands are the main issue right now


    the poll.. its still a tie between the 2 except their votes have doubled. remember dudes.. this and this is Vyse

    Ha ha. Yeah Ramon, I was really busy with my school, as I had quite a lot of exams recently.

    Anyway, this Veigue is looking really good! But of course there are issues, like the hands and the fingers like you said.

    One thing though, why what is just under the belt is in black? Is it normal or is it a texture problem? And about this, I also found an other thing that look strange, it's a detail of course, but something is missing.

    He has a sort of chain attached from his belt, and I don't see it, is it normal?

    Anyway, good job! It really reminds me that I have some tales of movesets to make and modify... When I can, I'll make sure to take a look into them, before it's too late... (In July, I won't have my usual computer and all the hacking related things that are on it)

    Ever thought of doing Captain Jack Sparrow?
    the dude from the Pirates of the Caribbean? thought about it for a split-second when i was thinkin about models in Kingdom Hearts 2. theres a couple of people who he would be good over. i dont see myself importing him though, theres alot of people id want to import first.

    From your poll I suggested a high poly KH2 Sora over Pit. There actually is one over him but that one is just low poly and its rig is not so good.
    my bad, you brought this up a few times and i responded. i forgot to quote you though. to clear things up..

    "i dont know about doing kingdom hearts 2 Sora, at least not right away. i did the one i liked most already. i do have the models and stuff if i ever do decide on it though. the forms are just texture swaps, TRON sora and his KH1 suit are different models. TRON sora would look killer in the dark.."

    i was thinkin of sending what i had to GBC and to ask Demon if he could get him the other models he needed, like Riku's blade. after catching up in his thread, he might not be interested though.

    oh, i should've known. hopefully that school works stops bogging you down soon.

    yeh the skirt is, what i call, "one-polygon sided", basically you can only see the texture from one side. in brawlbox, this can be fixed by messing with its CullMode. that chain over the skirt is there too but has the same issue in 3ds MAX. all of that will be fixed.

    the thing i see not there from that photo is that white belt around his waist/shoulder. is that the strap of his sword sheath?
