    The Sidespecial is coming along. Its almost doing what I want it to now. I'm still new to hit boxes and even more new to knockback/knockbackgrowth. Is there a chart somewhere that gives you an approximate distance to how far knock back values translate in game?

    Another thing is you have to edit the knock back in conjunction with the damage. Unless you want a specified knock back no matter the damage.
    Say if you wanted an attack to do 12% damage. You would want to give moderate amount of knock back.
    Id say:
    Knock back = " 2F(47) or maybe a bit lower like 1C"
    Base knockback = 10(16)

    But if you wanted to give a strong attack, a Smash attack for an example You would do something like this:
    Damage = 22
    Knockback = 55(84)
    Baseknockback:19(25)

    Yeah, I want all 6 hits of the berserker barrage to hit... I can't get more then 4 in with the setting I have now. Thats an improvement cause half an hour ago it was only 3  before it messed up.

    And your example numbers are WAY higher then what I've been using...

    Right now, I have the 5 hits (6 hit does more) doing F(15) knockback each... I guess I should go up by more.

    if you want all the hits to hit its easy just make knockback zero and knockbackkgrowth zero on all hits except the last

    But he moves forward with the attack... so he moves passed his opponent.

    The visual reason why he's not landing the hits is because after the 4th hit or so he moves passed the opponent.

    maybe the 4th hit needs enough knock back that he is able to make the last hit ur probably gonna have to do trial and error

    for a attack that is supposed to absorb the enemy and hit with all the hits, should you have a fix knockback that isnt affected by damage, and make the last hit depend on damage only?

    I have fixed knock back thats not effected by damage. And its not specifically the 4th hit out of 6.

    there are 6 hits... after the 4th hit, (it doesnb't matter when the 4th hit happens, 1,2,3,4, or 2,3,4,5 or 3,4,5,6) he moves passed the opponent.

    I know this because i tested it by making him hit with the first hit first, the second hit first and the third hit first.

    I think I just ned to add more knockback.

    Si this is my first PSA, not counting the pre-beta (i'm going to refer to it as an alpha) of Wolverine over C.Falcon.

    However, I'm going to take a break from brawl hacking for today because the hit boxes for the side B just aren't cooperating. So I'ma play the new Gears of War 3 DLC that just came out.

    I don't know what I did... when I did it, or how...

    But the Side-B move now does pretty much what I want it to do regarding hitting people... There are still a few bugs regarding the coding of when the game makes you use the air version even while on the ground and vice versa... But at least its hitting like I want it.

    I just need to give the last hit a bit more knockback so that he's not as open when the move is over.
