I don't like his neutral B attack. In my oppinion it's too weak.
Why don't you make a two hit combo for the Jab? I would rather like it than the rapid attack. A three hit combo isn't a problem, too. Simply make the third slash and add "Change Action 00" when you want to end it. It won't be infinite then and you won't ge a T-Stance.
Compared with Gray Fox he's a rather weak character.
Please don't make him going into helpless fall when he glides after jumping.
I would have changed some moves:
Neutral B Ground to Sode B Ground. Side B Gound to Side Tilt. Side Tilt should be a mediate strong sword slash.

The rapid jab can be removed by modding the IC-Constants. It overrides any variables used in the IC so use this code to remove it. Pit/Sora's rapid jab is gone 04B0B750 00000000 Fair and Bair are 3 hit combos if the hits connect and you press A. The last hits are powerful and send foes far away.

Should I release this texture for Gray Fox? Gray Fox's Default texture: I like my texture because it gives Gray Fox a more "MGS" look. The textures were ripped from Twin Snakes. So my texture is identical to the way the Ninja looked in Twin Snakes.

SideTilt only freezes after 70 or so damage.
There should still be a small chance of it freezing.

That's dependent on BKB and KBG aparrently.
Bascially, if any Ice based attack sends you into tumble regardless of KB, It will freeze, period.

No he does not. Fixing the bonrefs elmiminates those glitches when burned, frozen, zapped, or in some way in a different state, like obtaining a Smash Ball.

Eternal, I noticed that everytime you pin somone against a wall and hold down the A button, for about 20 seconds, The Screech of Death occurs. Check FitMetaKnight.pac in PSA. Pin somone up against a wall and hold A button for 20 seconds and see if it crashes for you.
Other than that, Gray Fox works fine.
