I'm fairly adept at making stages (except the shadow system. Still confused by it honestly). I can also kind of make animations. They aren't particularly the best, but I can make some if need be.

We need to make the stage REALLY big though, to add lots of stuff, and many features Brawl has to offer such as swimmable water.
Cool animations.
A mist/fog to flow across every so often.
I'm learning how to make stages now as well. I'll help vertex something if it's needed.

1. What stage will we base it on that'll allow swimmable water?
2. The stage in then end result must be a really big stage(bigger than Osohe Castle, but still platforms for the mountain hills.

My view of Sexy Mountain was at night time for some reason. You just gave me the epic idea of having a Daytime version, sunset, and of course, nighttime.
Cars and motorcycles aren't that sexy, please don't put in a lot, like, a car and a motorcycle would be enough :/

Hot tubs is a must. Who's gonna build one? I can, it's no problem at all.
About the girls, it doesn't matter what game they're from, as long as they're sexy, hence the name of the stage, with nice bodies and juicy chicken breasts.

I finally got around to making a copy all of the characters' files from TvC not too long ago and ended up extracting them, so I have Morrigan's model if it ends up being a good idea. Same goes for anyone else. And as far as ideas for the stage goes, there's no one concrete way to make something sexy: there's a good number of ways to pull it off, but it has to be done tastefully. Though a hot tub full of women is a good start...
On another note, thoughts on having a lake? From personal experience a lot of things sexy happen on a lake and on boats (especially awesome boats). Would it clash too much with a mountain, though?

@KJP we can use as many models as we want in a single modeldata, but limited to have the same number of frames.

I'll go ahead and throw in my two cents.
I've never actually built over Pirate Ship, so tell me if this is stupid or not, but why not build it over Pirate Ship? Pirate Ship has a good amount of modeldatas and swimmable water. Unless of course it'd be hard to build over.
Then again, getting every model to work with the same amount of frames might be tedious.
However, Jungle Japes has more ModelDatas than Final Destination, so we should be good!
(because FD is annoying ModelData-wise)
Also, why an Icy mountain? It could very well be a normal mountain, much like the one seen in the Smash Skiff stage.(hey, we could import that one!)

For a lot of people to contribute to one hack since it has really been done before(on purpose).
"To put all our heads together to make one great hack". So basically trying to make "the best" or an awesome stage.
I think it should be a much larger version of the KKMM club stage. With a bunch of video game girls from everywhere dancing in cages XD
And of course the backdrop on the stage would be a uh...MOUNTAIN XD

This is gonna be a collaboration between 69 people, and I'm not about to work my ass off on this stage, and have a troll be added and just pull a "prank" delete the thing, and just get a "warning" on it because he's in the KC MM Family.

That's when we all decided it was for the best to have alternate versions.
One of my ideas was to have the night time version of Sexy Mountain with a snowy feel to it. I have something up my sleeve that will go great with this night version I'm speaking about. They should also all have their own respective lighting.
We have some of the best of the best all around hackers on the Sexy Mountain project, so there's no reason for us not to over achieve on this ;)

Well, I like the idea of a mountain lake/river under sunset.
In the border of the water, away in the Z axis, all the sexy stuff.
One of the versions will be most likely nighttime, I believe we should have fireworks in that version.
Maybe one of the versions could have a waterfall, as I showed before? Waterfalls are sexy.
But water, I believe water is a must on every version that's not cold.
I wonder how big this stage will be. It will be maybe 6-8 times bigger than Italian's Osohe Castle.
It's not needed for it to be that big, at least I don't think so.
I can see it being smaller then my Ocean Dream, that has huge boundaries.
Well I really don't know how big it's gonna be since we don't even have a main base yet.
I'm guessing no walk off stage, since everyone hates those.
Any ideas?

I think we could do it Icicle Mountain style, too. Camera/boundaries moving up or something, no walkoff. Even through it's stupid to think about srs playing(ie no walkoff) if you plan on making it a huge stage. I think walkoff isn't an issue :srs:
Also, about all those girls...You're gonna need models or vertexes, so don't go too far if there aren't pre-made models for you to use >.>

There is animated Water in Delfino Plaza, Rayquaza's Lake, and many other places in the Subspace Emissary.
I figured out a way to edit the color of the water, and it's not by editing the texture or materials.
Also, the different waters, have different animations.
If you want to save yourself some time, I have quick access to all those different water models. You can probably tell by looking at a lot of my stages, they have water in them.
Be sure to be using a good model for water, cause the one in Rayquaza's Lake (which I used in some water stages of mine) is completely transparent to players. Delfino's water is meant to be used with characters, so that one should be the best I suppose.

I did man. I saw Chun-Li, Morrigan, and a few lolis, who don't really fit in my opinion. They haven't even developed some parts on their body if you know what I mean.

and second, with brawlbox 4.2, it doesnt have problems anymore, since u can paste without translations, and fixing animations is easy...

The Snake Eater song, EVA, both appear in MGS3: Snake Eater. EVA is somone who appears as a spy to help you. In MGS3, you play as Big Boss(Known as Naked Snake during the time.) The game also takes place in 1964. I really don't want to give away spoilers or the plot to the game, but let's just say EVA and Snake fall in love...
The Brawl Version of Snake Eater is actually Instrumental (As you notice by the name.)

Anyways, Italian, I have a texture hack for ZSS that makes her look like EVA. The texture and model are done, but with a strange texture glitch that appears to change colors. Her body texture seems to do this. On a side note, her textures were ripped from MGS3. If somone can PLEASE fix the texture glitch it's possible I could use her in Sexy Mountain.

A pack of Castlevania characters were released. we could use some of the somewhat hot girls in that pack.
I can do things with photoshop, thats all I got ha ha. But I'm willing to try and help contribute to Sexy Mountain. If you want me to do anything, just tell me to get on it.

Well with characters alone you will be hitting 400 000 triangles, on top of that you have their textures (about 1 or 2 256^ - 512^ each) AND everything that is necessary to make a stage. I'm not completely knowledgeable on the hardware for the wii, but this is probably a lot more intense than anything brawl has done, so just be careful.

Well textures take up most space in Stages, not the models.
Textures could always be resized. Specially the ones that aren't needed.
The plan was to have about 5 girls in Sexy Mountain. Hence the many versions, different girls, for different types of themes.

I guess the stage should be able to work over many stages, having the water as an option. I mean, having water only when Jungle Japes is used, and no water in the rest of cases.

When I say 'able to work over many stages', I don't mean having multiple versions, if you were refering to my quote. I mean having a stage with a different way to work depending on the base stage used. Some extras not able to be seen when played in certain stages, for example, some objects only there when played over 75m, or water to swim only when placed over jungle japes. All in just one file. How about instead of having a night and day version we use battlefield's background or something and let it shift through the times?

There's gonna be about 4 versions of Sexy Mountain. Not just for the lighting and day time, it will include changes in the sky, mountain, lighting of course, hazards such as snow will be in the Night version for example, and most importantly, the girls.
When I said 5 girls that was an average guess. Maybe we can have 7 girls, maybe we can have 3. Depends on the size limit.
These different versions, will have different girls.
For example, you will find Morrigan in the Night time version, while you find Tomb Raider in the Dusk version.
It's best to pick a stage with a large file size. If we exceed the size limit, the screech of death will occur. Having special loaders such as Riivolution may allow you to exceed the limit by a bit more than usual.

I might have mentioned when I wanted to join that I'm an animator. So yeah, add me to the list of animators.
And as far as the issue of girls on a stage goes, I think that the stage would be able to handle at least 5, the Wii isn't that weak, plus Smashville was able to have at least 5 background characters on it (maybe more, I could be wrong). Do we want swimmable water in this, or is it just going to be a hot tub? Or do we even know that much yet?

That seems fine, to me. I think the background characters would have to be unique in some way. Like, just taking the Daisy vertex, tanning her, and putting her in a bikini or something. Not just taking the Daisy vertex and slapping her in the background.

I don't think thats possible...you'd some how have to be able to tell the game that someone was standing on the collision to activate the GFX

I'm thinkin that her eyes are too far apart and the hair is too big or far back (based on the other pic in your thread)

As for the eyes, I kinda agree when looking at them like that but I dunno, that's how they're posed in the original game, actually. (ie I didn't change anything in the x axis, the eye models are already made to be this far apart)
Also, whenever I convert a snapshot it looks squished. I mean, Falcon isn't supposed to be that small, dang it
And if I narrow the eyes, it means changing the rotations so it doesn't look awkward as hell through trial and error(since animations don't show up in CollisionDatas), and more importantly changing the eyebrows, which are one model, with one bone and actually just use a brown square for a texture.
tl;dr: Haruhi Wii has nice models but god are they a pain to get posed correctly. Did I mention that animating them is also incredibly annoying? X) bones aren't linked so moving one stretches the model
