I wish I could make a video of this. I don't have a capture card though :U
Yeah same here but others can do that for you. By the way, I just checked out Layton's running animation from Ganondorf and it looks great. Fits perfectly. Question, the Snake Wait1, is the one where he grabs his chin?

This would've been finished alot quicker if it were made on a regular character, I think he could've worked on Pokemon Trainer.
Well, this Layton model was just supposed to be an assist trophy. So that's why it's kind of hard to make into a character, I wasn't thinking of that.

...No, lol. If the goal is to make Layton playable, why would we put him over Pokémon Trainer? I know that you're anticipating Layton's release, but I'm doing my best. I wish I could make a video of this. I don't have a capture card though :U

Actually, Pokémon Trainer doesn't have the RShoulderJ problem, so I'd still have to tweak Layton's RShoulderJ in every one of Pokémon Trainer's animations, which would require me to replace Pokémon Trainer's .pac and MotionEtc with the fixed animations.

Thats exactly what I meant. Nothing we can do about that now. He's already over Jeff's model, and we've made good progress with him.

What? We already have a near-perfect model, why on earth would we just trash it and start vertexing PT? Thats stupid.
@Cuckoo/Wiikness I think what Date Masamune was asking for was the ported Layton Model. Yeah, you can use Jeff's to make the animations but you really cant get a feel for them as you make them without seeing Layton in action. I know you'v been dodging the release of it until you get a few animations done and I can understand that. But anyone else who is going to help with animations could really use the model : /

Anyways, just finished Turn and TurnRun. Need to finish his TurnBrake, and then we can start working on his jumps.

k thanks. Sorry to rush you again :p Actually, i already made some jumps. How about these for JumpF and JumpB? http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2010/322/0/4/layton_jumps_by_aetherech0s-d334zi3.rarAlready fixed all the problems. All you have to do is make the last frames transition to his fall animation. May i recommend you repeat them for his mid-air jumps? I think that would look better than making him flip like most characters do. Plus it would make him unique.
