seems like duck hunt will win i dont know why ppl want ssb4 movesets tbh smash 4 is out on 3ds and in less than 10 days on the wiiu i dont see how backporting a moveset is a good thing lol i would understand if it was a custom moveset totaly diferent but the exact same moveset i dont get it just pick up smash 4 and play it xD.

Don't worry. I'm not getting started on anything yet. I'm only testing things. Team Rocket's Meowth will go over Snake as a base. And for the moveset, I'm going to need a modeler to model a mechanical backpack with jets, a rocket blaster, a propeller, and an extending glove. I would also like Team Rocket's Balloon modeled as well.

For textures and materials, I'm going to need someone to edit Meowth's textures to suit a Brawl environment. I'm also going to someone to give Meowth moving Irises and PAT0 for the eyelids. I know how to do PAT0, but I need someone to edit the UVs, so I can give him something like Toon Link.

i dont know where you will find a modeler that will do all that lol everytime you waited for a modeler  or rigger besides yourself you havent been too lucky.

Standard Movements

Grab: Two extended gloves come out of Meowth's backback in an attempt to grab.

Standard Attacks

Neutral Attack: Scratch.

Rapid Jab: Fury Swipes.

Side Tilt: Meowth preforms a roundhouse kick.

Up Tilt: Night Slash. Meowth preforms a dark, slashing uppercut.

Down Tilt: A crouching tail whip.

Dash Attack: Meowth trips over himself.

Smash Attacks

Side Smash: Meowth extends his glove in the form of a fist. Can be angled.

Up Smash: Meowth extends his propeller upward. Meowth can slightly move left and right when the blades are rotating.

Down Smash: Meowth plants a mine. This said mine will bury those who pass over it.

Air Attacks

Neutral Air: Meowth preforms an acrobatic flip.

Forward Air: Swipes with both hands forward.

Back Air: Meowth extends his glove backward for a strong punch.

Up Air: Meowth preforms a backflip with his feet outstretched.

Down Air: Claws downward.

Throws

Pummel: Meowth pummels his victim with a punch from a robotic glove.

Forward Throw: Meowth uses robotic gloves to bash his victim before tossing them forward.

Back Throw: Same as Forward Throw, but backward.

Up Throw: Same as Forward Throw, but upward.

Down Throw: Same as Forward Throw, but downward.

Specials

Neutral Special: Rocket. Meowth launches a rocket from his bag. The rocket can be angled sideways or upward.

Side Special: Jets come out from Meowth's backpack before propelling Meowth forward at a high speed.

Up Special: Meowth equips a propeller backback which enables him to move freely for a short period of time. The turing blades can damage foes.

Down Special: Vacuum. Meowth takes out a Vacumm backback and powers it on. The move can be looped by holding B, walk, and jump. The suction starts out strong, but will weaken if not ended after a short period of time. If an item is near Meowth during this move, Meowth can suck up the item and hold it or blast it out. This will not work if Meowth is already holding an item. The move will automatically end if a victim gets sucked into the vacuum.
Bonus Idea (might be OP though): If Meowth has a victim in the backpack, Meowth can choose to blast the victim away or keep the victim in the bag for a short period of time.

Final Smash (Idea 1): Bomb Barrage. Meowth hops into Team Rocket's Balloon before floating upward. While floating, Meowth can control the Balloon freely and can drop Bombs by pressing B. After a short period of time, Meowth will drop out from the balloon.

Final Smash (Idea 2): Mecha-Meowth. Meowth enters a Mecha-Meowth for a short period of time. When in the Mecha-Meowth, Meowth can walk, jump, punch (with A), and fire small rockets (with B).

Misc

Entry: Meowth enters from Team Rocket's Balloon.

Up Taunt: Meowth makes the extending gloves flex while having a giggle.

Side Taunt: Meowth points foward while making a snappy remark.

Down Taunt: Meowth takes off his koban and looks at it with a smile before putting it back on his head.

Win1: Meowth victoriously laughs before his backpack short circuts.

Win2: Meowth makes a snappy remark before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.

Win3: Meowth rocks out on his guitar.

Lose: Meowth sadly claps for his victorious foe.

Your down-smash creating a mine/pitfall is a perfect call back to the pitfalls Team Rocket constantly digs for Ash and crew, and the bomb barrage is exactly what I had in mind.

The most important attention to detail that you took note of was that TR's Meowth cannot use Pay-day. Good work.

Oh yes. I forgot to mention.

Now that P:M 3.5 is out, I can now release my update to Solo Charizard. The said update is uploading right now. Hopefully, this update will resolve some issues people have had with the PSA in the past in terms of balance.

Though I will warn you that the zip is 52.7 MB, so this upload is going to take a while.

Here's a changelist.

-Project M and PAL versions added for Link version.
-Flare Blitz animation polished.
-Floored Ember stays on the ground for +10 Frames and the floored hitbox is larger.
-Mega Charizard X's Glide End can now reverse its direction.
-Various moveset changes to match their updated P:M counterparts.
-Number of hits to activate Mega Evolution has been nerfed to 16 hits needed.
-Mega Evolutions have been nerfed in terms of damage and knockback.
-Mega X Final Smash slightly buffed
-Slight edits to Mega X's armor.
-Down Air sped up.
-Side Smash startup decreased.
-Up Air endlag slightly decreased.
-Smokescreen startup decreased.
-Mega Y's Fly Timer decreased. 256 -> 192
-Smokescreen can now Tap Jump, Hold Jump, and drop through passable platforms.
-Two new slots added. Turquoise and Purple Charizard.
-Final Mega Y recolors.
