let me get this straight, if I had 100% control of the UV points, this means that retexturing a vertexed character would be less of a pain?
or does it only work for stage textures... This is for every mdl0 file, while the format is compatible. There's a little flag with the format type in brawlbox. If it isn't 4, the program won't work well. Anyway, decimal values are supposed to use the format type 4, and models which don't use them have not many points, so can be edited by other ways like hexing if needed.
You can edit the mappings, but you can't see them. This is meant for simple edits like resizes or small touches in the values. You could make serious edits, but only by knowing exactly what you do. The program allows you to edit any of the values, but you would need to know which ones you need to edit.
I'd like to add that for complex editing, apparently the original MarioKart64n method can actually edit UV points. I've seen it done before and i've seen a tutorial, but I don't remember how to do it exactly. some ppl dont like using rels, or are pal users...

This is what I got these next days:
- Tomorrow I should study for an exam I have on wednesday. I'm not gonna pass it thought, but I gotta go to make the exam at least, and study so I don't leave it blank.
- After the exam on wednesday, I gotta go to Alicante (where my girlfriend lives) cause we have 2 days of work with the band (she's a singer in a band and I control the lights). There's something called 'hogueras' in there and I'll stay in there until saturday.
- I got another exam on Monday. I should study, cause pass this one is possible to me. But, without studying, it wouldn't. So, Saturday night would be my only chance to get some progress on the stage.
- After the exam on Monday, I'm supposed to travel where my girlfriend is again, this time to spend 2-3 days there. Then, we would come together to my home for a few more days. I'm not gonna be separated from her anymore in the whole summer. I have no idea about how many time I will be able to work on stage when this comes. I may have enough, or being weeks without getting near to a computer...
- After the summer, unlike past years, we're supposed to start living together near my actual home. I wouldn't be travelling as much to visit her, only for classes or visiting her parents. Still, being not alone changes the time I'm able to hack, so I'm not sure about how fast I'll be able to hack.
In conclusion, I won't finish the stage until next week. I could get it nearly finished before leaving on wednesday, but I'm not gonna post it without a proper test. I'm not sure about being able to make the flying version in time anyway, so the possibilities are:
1- The stage is released next week, with the side, standard, crossed, roof, bridge, bottom roof and courtyard versions.
2- The stage is released next week with the above AND the 'alternative' or flying one.
3- The stage isn't released next week, but the next one, or the next one to the next one.
I hope to be able to have some time to hack this summer. I enjoy it too much and I got a lot of projects in mind. Good luck man, i'm sure you'll pass the tests you want study for. Hacking is fun as a hobby but real life is more important, even though hacking is something you're really good at. Just live your life, do what you got to do and you'll be fine.  We'll all wait for your stages to appear when you have the time, every fan of your stages knows the effort you put into it and they respect your choice to do what you do.
So no worries, have fun with your girlfriend and we'll see you when you have the time

BIGGEST STAGE EVAH IN BRAWL HACK HISTORY! and 1 thing mewtwo... for my stage... would u be able.. to try to get the animation done by late july? =/ not to sound pushy or anything.. but i plan on releasing my TvC stage pack in late July or early august. |

I just felt that having a castle without the backside was weird. Well, for brawl isn't that weird, most stages are like this, but I did want to fix up what nintendo made wrong with this. I still remember how dissapointed I felt when I finally got on the castle when the cannon was open, and the castle ended up in an invisible wall... If you make the castle to be on the roof, make the backside... -_- And that's what I've made xD THIS HAS GOT.... TO BE THE MOST... BIGGEST STAGE EVAH IN BRAWL HACK HISTORY!
