Icicle Mountain should loop like Mushroomy Kingdom and that one Rumble Falls stage in Brawl, but there might be another model above or below it, I can double check.

Yes, we mean in 3DS Max. Although TECHNICALLY speaking, you could be able to export the eye polygons and reimport them as a new polygon and move them in there. But that doesn't feel as well-done as doing it by hand in a modeling program.
All right, I got my Dolphin emulator playing Melee and ripping models. I doubt the pokemon models will be any higher quality than the ones you already have, but you seem like you could really use Icicle Mountain.
I do have a suggestions though: Once the new brawlbox previewer comes out, it will display a graph showing all of the bone keyframes for every bone in a single animation. Your animators should use this to see how to flesh out the finalized details throughout the body, but that's for later.
